Welcome to UKZN Sport and Health Department (Student Services Division). The Sports Department of the university provides professional support services to our sports clubs and athletes. Our main objective is to promote sport as a co-curricular activity for students, promotion of recreational sport at campus level through various internal leagues as well as to support our university teams and athletes that participate in the local, provincial and national competitions.

The Campus Health Clinic, we offer an integrated and variety of Primary Health Care services to all registered students and limited services to all staff. Our Campus Health Clinics are easily accessible and are located in all campuses. All our clinics are managed and operated by registered Locum Doctors as well as nurse practitioners, all our services and patient records are strictly confidential in line with The National Health Act (Act No. 61 of 2003) and in consistent with the right to privacy as outlined in the South African Constitution (Act No. 108 of 1996).
